Testimonial Joseph and Sandy Todd

Hello Scott,

Thank you so much for leading us to Mr. Colvin. We have spoken to him a few times in great length. He gave us a lot of suggestions. As for now, we are waiting on my next Dr.'s appointment which is next Thursday to see what the Dr. suggests. The PT I've been seeing thinks I need surgery. Before we heard back from you we met with two different attorney's and I was not happy at all with either one. One wanted us to sign immediately and the second one, we had a "conference call" with him in his office and we just left.

The one thing Joe and I have noticed about Florida, you can always tell the 'Northerner's" from the people down south. Mr. Colvin was so helpful, not pushy and he really suggested we wait until my next appointment and then call him if we wanted his help or more suggestions. One of the problems I may run into is "if" I have the surgery and of course it would be expensive it could use up all of the man's insurance {which is 100,000} and Joe and I have no personal health insurance to back up on so between the medical bills and the attorney fees we could exceed the amount of coverage and I would not get anything for compensation and also be out money for the surgery. But, on the other hand, being 43 years old I'm not sure how long I can work with my shoulder and neck this way, considering I will probably work forever.....

Again Scott, Thank you for your help and leading us to him, he seems like an excellent attorney. I will keep in touch.

Sandy Todd

How Many of These Deadly Fairy Tales

Do You (and Your Doctor) Still Believe?

By: Dr. Michael Mogadam MD Source: Bottom Line Health
there's bad cholesterol and REALLY bad cholesterol. (Many die because they don't know this information.)

Truth #8-Only some people benefit from eating less salt. Eating too little salt can actually be harmful.

Truth #9-Likewise, only some people considered "overweight" really need to lose weight for their heart health. It depends on one factor.

Truth #10-You can absolutely, positively eliminate any risk of a heart attack for yourself and those you love-thanks to the groundbreaking work of Dr. Mogadam that's revealed in the pages that follow.

In fact, what Dr. Mogadam has discovered is so revolutionary that this usually modest doctor now unequivocally claims: "Every heart attack is now preventable."

What qualifies Dr. Mogadam to make such a bold claim?

Dr. Mogadam doesn't just theorize about heart health. He proves the risk-canceling power of his revolutionary ideas day in and day out in his medical practice outside Washington, D.C. The dramatic results, especially among patients labeled "high risk" by other doctors, have been extraordinary.

He publishes his groundbreaking findings in leading medical journals. His research has withstood the intense scrutiny of his peers-collecting numerous awards for exposing outdated medical ideas and showing what should be done instead.

And he's been asked to pass on his discoveries to the next generation of doctors as a clinical associate professor of medicine at the renowned George Washington University School of Medicine.
